Since the beginning of the Quarantine we have done almost $300,000 in sales. This has consisted of Toy Hauler sales/orders and equipment/landscape trailers. Within a couple weeks of the shut down we implemented No Touch Sales and Rentals. Transactions are handled by cc over the phone and trailers are set out prior to pickup with paperwork placed in a secure and dry location. Overall we are seeing that people are still spending money and wanting to get back to work. Phones have been very busy. RV, Landscape and Equipment are the hot items with Service being the busiest. Our facility has been completely cleaned and sterilized. New policies are in place for when we return that include all employees being required to wash their hands when they arrive and leave. Close procedures will include wiping down of all counter tops, chairs, door knobs, etc. No shaking hands with customers until further notice. Race haulers are hit the hardest but what that means for those who still have money to spend is there are great deals to be had.
